| − | Yes, the nether is accessible via nether portals in the same way as notch's server software or most CraftBukkit servers. Be warned, full PvP is always allowed in the nether on the survival server. The nether also does not allow you to use /home while in it, you must exit the nether to be able to use /home and /spawn.
